Open for Business

Having felt the shift in the event and exhibition business already for the last 4 weeks, it’s taken some time for us to really understand this new world we find ourselves in.  We’ve also learnt how fantastic our teams are here, all pulling together and coming up with some fantastic ideas of how we can all utilise our skills to keep everyone busy.

We are of course following up-to-date official advice on how best to ensure the safety of our staff and customers, whilst keeping our business functional during this period and ready for when the industry bounces back.  At present some of us work from home remotely and we have a very small team based in our Worcestershire offices and warehouses, with strict hygiene protocols in place.  The situation is changing daily and we are prepared for most eventualities!

We know some of our clients are using this time productively to do those tasks they never get time to do.  Some have suspended work, but some of our clients continue to plan for events from July onwards. 

Please do get in touch with us as usual with any of your hire requirements.  What we will do during this uncertain time is quote the job and once you confirm the order we can reserve the stock for you.  We will call you for final confirmation before we start the work to give you the opportunity to cancel without any charge should the show be cancelled due to the Coronavirus.  Otherwise, the normal terms and conditions will apply. 

This means you can manage your projects now without any worry of cancellation fees due to the Coronavirus.

Although we are quieter on the furniture hire side for exhibitions and events, we've seen increasing demand for general transportation and we are pleased to be able to keep our fleet and drivers busy during this time. Please take a look at our website www.dzinetransport.com
