I have been project managing this amazing event since 2013, with 21 shows now under my belt you could say I'm almost "part of the furniture".

But I don’t really consider this a job, I just love it too much.  And, over the years I have grown great friendships with not only the organisers but also the clients, some of whom have brought me lovely French wine, Italian biscuits, Spanish sweets etc.  What’s not to like!

The hall is usually split into individual stands plus specialised areas such as the French Pavilion, Florida Pavilion and the main Hub which is a platform for celebrity interviews and industry experts to discuss topics around the overseas property market.

For every show we send our fleet of artics to provide ample seating for the thousands of visitors that pass through the doors. We ensure appropriate furniture for all key areas are supplied from the organisers’ offices, registration points, meet and greet presentation areas to the Green Room.  No less than 80 metres of orange leather bench seating is set-up, and our Madrid Leather Range provides the perfect solution for stylish and comfortable seating for the show’s celebrities Amanda Lamb, Jasmine Harman, Jonnie Irwin and Laura Hamilton. 

Some exhibitors place their furniture orders before the show, and some rely on us having ample supplies available on the day.  Some just completely forget… either way it doesn’t matter, we are always there to help.
